What’s the next step after completing my purchase?
After purchase, you will be assigned a coach who will reach out to you usually within 2-3 business day. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire that your coach will use to create a customized plan. You will also be asked to sign a waiver. You will receive your plan 1-2 business days after receipt of your completed questionnaire and signed waiver.
How do I communicate with my coach?
You will be expected to check in with your coach once per week (please note that your coach will not proactively reach out to you). However, should you have an additional question or concern throughout the week, there are no limits on how often you can reach out to your coach.
All communication will be performed through the online client portal or mobile app.
We work with clients from across the world. Please note we currently do not support phone consultations.
Which coach do I select?
Typically, selecting a specific coach is not necessary as your coach will be assigned for you. Coaching selections are based on coaching availability, goals, gender and locations.
** If you have a been in contact with one of our coaches prior to signing up, please place the coaches name in the notes section of your order so that we can ensure you are set up with them.
What will I need for equipment?
Your program will be set up for you to utilize the equipment that you have available. It is recommended that you have access to a fitness facility ie. Corporate fitness center or CrossFit gym.
Will my coach offer counseling?
Our one-on-one coaching plan does not provide any psychological counseling. We are a fitness, excerise and sports performance company that provides training plans for improving sports performance, altering body composition and/or general health.
Do you offer refunds?
There are NO refunds/transfers of service on training programs sent. No exceptions. There is a $50 cancellation fee if any order is refunded before the training program is sent.
What if I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation right away?
Confirmation emails are sent out shortly after order is completed. Please be sure to check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder as sometimes our emails are sent there.
